Extends the statute of limitations for personal injury claims caused by carbon monoxide exposure to two years from the date of discovery that carbon monoxide caused the injury

Allows claims to be filed within two years from when the cause of injury should have been discovered through reasonable diligence, whichever is later

Overrides the general statute of limitations provisions in Connecticut General Statutes sections 52-577 and 52-577a

Applies retroactively to any cause of action arising from carbon monoxide exposure occurring before, on, or after the bill's effective date

Takes effect upon passage
