Adds employees of The University of Connecticut Health Center who provide direct patient care to inmates or psychiatric/mental health services to the list of public employees whose residential addresses are exempt from Freedom of Information Act disclosure.

Expands existing address privacy protections that currently apply to judges, police officers, corrections employees, firefighters, Department of Children and Families employees, and other public safety and judicial personnel.

Effective July 1, 2013.

Purpose is to ensure safety and security of UConn Health Center employees who work directly with inmates or patients with psychiatric or mental health disorders.
