Increases the maximum gross vehicle weight limit for vehicles or combinations of vehicle and trailer/semitrailer hauling agricultural commodities from 99,000 pounds to 100,000 pounds, effective October 1, 2013.

Extends the increased weight allowance to bulk milk pickup tankers and agricultural commodity hauling vehicles, provided they comply with federal-aid highway amendments of 1974 (23 USC 101 et seq.).

Maintains existing axle weight limits of 22,400 pounds on single axles or 18,000 pounds on axles spaced less than six feet apart.

Preserves all other vehicle weight classifications and limits for two-axle, three-axle, and multi-axle vehicles.
