Repeals and replaces subsection (b)(10) of section 9-601a of the general statutes, effective January 1, 2014.

Changes references from "town" committees to "party" committees regarding the purchase of advertising space in fund-raising programs and signs.

Limits cumulative advertising purchases to $250 per calendar year from business entities and $50 from other persons for party committee fund-raising affairs.

Prohibits communicator lobbyists, their immediate family members, state contractors, prospective state contractors, and their principals from purchasing advertising space in party committee fund-raising programs or signs.
