Connecticut Health Insurance Exchange Board of Directors must submit quarterly reports to legislative committees on health care services starting March 31, 2014.

Reports must track enrollment numbers for persons in households earning 133-200% of federal poverty level in qualified health plans, starting January 1, 2014.

Reports must include data on continuous enrollment, transitions to Medicaid, income changes above 200% poverty level, and coverage gaps for the specified income group.

Reports must detail state costs for health care services, individual costs to access exchange coverage, and silver plan premiums to evaluate a basic health plan.

First quarterly report each calendar year must include year-end enrollment counts for the previous year for the 133-200% poverty level population.
