Renames the "Connecticut Farm Fresh Market and Restaurant" program to "Connecticut-Grown Market and Restaurant" program, effective October 1, 2014.

Reduces the required shelf space threshold for grocery and food stores from 15% to 5% for year-round stocking of Connecticut-grown produce and dairy products.

Requires grocery and food stores to stock 25% or more of retail produce shelf space with Connecticut-Grown farm products during July, August, and September.

Maintains the 20% threshold for restaurants to be certified as "Connecticut-Grown Restaurants," requiring at least 20% of food served consists of state-grown or produced farm products.

Restricts use of "Connecticut-Grown Market" and "Connecticut-Grown Restaurant" designations to only those stores and restaurants certified by the Commissioner of Agriculture for promotional and marketing activities.
