Allows youth camps, child day care centers, group day care homes, and family day care homes to accept a child's school physical examination and health assessment form to satisfy their own physical examination or health status certification requirements, effective July 1, 2014.

Permits the school health assessment form described in section 10-206 or the state Department of Education's early childhood health assessment record form to be used by these facilities, provided timing requirements set by the Commissioner of the Office of Early Childhood are met.

Transfers regulatory authority over youth camp physical examination requirements from the Commissioner of Public Health to the Commissioner of the Office of Early Childhood.

Authorizes youth camp physical examinations to be conducted by physicians, advanced practice registered nurses, registered nurses, or physician assistants.
