Revises section 36a-801(g) to clarify that automatic license suspension applies when a check for fees under subsection (b) is dishonored, with notice and hearing rights provided to the licensee.

Amends section 34-600(30) to define "private organic rules" as internal governance rules binding on interest holders that are not part of the public organic document.

Updates section 34-600(31) to redefine "protected agreement" and changes the effective date from October 1, 2011 to January 1, 2014 for indebtedness records, binding agreements, organic rules, and agreements affecting governors or interest holders.

Modifies section 34-600(38) to clarify that "type" regarding an entity means a generic form recognized at common law or under organic law, whether or not it creates different entity categories.

All provisions take effect upon passage.
