Increases active service pay for Connecticut National Guard members called to active duty on or after September 11, 2001, effective July 1, 2014.

Raises monthly payment from $50 to $100 per month of active service, with a maximum of $1,000 (or $1,400 if deployed to a combat zone designated by the President).

Maintains the three-year application deadline from the date active service ends for members and veterans to apply for payment.

Requires the Adjutant General, in consultation with the Commissioner of Veterans' Affairs, to adopt regulations for verification of eligibility and payment procedures.
