Permits state marshals to enter judicial facilities without undergoing security screening measures (metal detectors) required of the general public, effective October 1, 2014.

Requires state marshals to present a badge or other identification showing their marshal status to gain entry into judicial facilities.

Applies to state marshals when exercising authority granted under Connecticut general statutes.
