Board of Regents for Higher Education, Office of Financial and Academic Affairs for Higher Education, and University of Connecticut Board of Trustees must each submit a report to the joint standing committee on appropriations by January 1, 2015.

Each report must assess the effectiveness and benefits of programs and services administered or provided by the respective entity.

Each report must assign priority levels for continued funding of their programs and services.

Board of Regents and the Office of Financial and Academic Affairs must also assess effectiveness and benefits of programs administered by constituent units of the state system of higher education under their oversight.

Effective July 1, 2014.
