Expands farm winery manufacturer permits to allow production and sale of brandies distilled from grape or fruit products, including grappa and eau-de-vie, in addition to wine.

Permits farm wineries to sell brandy manufactured from fruit harvested on their premises and distilled off-site, and to sell wine produced by other in-state farm wineries from their location.

Requires farm wineries shipping wine directly to consumers to obtain signatures from persons age 21 or older, limit shipments to five gallons per two-month period, pay applicable taxes, and maintain detailed sales records with the Department of Consumer Protection.

Mandates farm wineries include liquor permit numbers in all Internet and online advertising for direct consumer wine shipment.

Establishes annual manufacturer permit fee for farm wineries at $300 and allows wine sales at nonprofit farmers' markets with proper permits.
