Authorizes restaurant permit holders to sell sealed containers of draught beer for off-premises consumption, with a limit of four liters per person per day.

Allows restaurant permit holders for beer and wine & beer to also sell growlers of draught beer under the same four-liter daily limit.

Authorizes cafe permit holders to sell sealed containers of draught beer for off-premises consumption with the same four-liter daily limit per person.

Requires all growler sales to comply with subsection (d) of section 30-91 and only occur on days when alcoholic liquor sales are authorized.

Takes effect upon passage and amends sections 30-22 and 30-22a of the general statutes.
