Extends the 75-foot activity distance ban at polling places to include exits in addition to entrances, effective July 1, 2014.

Prohibits solicitation, loitering, peddling, and distribution of advertising materials within 75 feet of any polling place exit or in corridors and passageways leading to or from exits.

Applies the same restrictions to exits of registrars' designated locations for election day voter registration.

Requires selectmen to place distance markers at polling place exits and clarifies that moderators and law enforcement shall enforce the loitering and peddling prohibitions at exits.

Maintains existing exceptions allowing parent-teacher associations to hold fundraising activities and registrars to distribute "I Voted Today" stickers within the restricted area.
