Adds Wakeman Boys & Girls Club locations in Southport, Fairfield, and Bridgeport to the list of child day care licensure exemptions, allowing them to operate without state licensing for school-based and after-school activities serving grades one through twelve.

Exempts the organization from Department of Public Health child day care licensing requirements while maintaining existing notification requirements that parents and legal guardians be informed programs are not licensed.

Takes effect July 1, 2014, and amends section 19a-77(b) of Connecticut's general statutes regarding child day care licensing requirements.

Maintains all existing exemptions for public schools, private schools, religious institutions, specialized programs, and other previously exempted organizations.
