Establishes a domestic workers task force effective October 1, 2014 to study issues affecting domestic workers in the state and recommend legislative initiatives for outreach and education services.

Task force composition includes the executive director of the Permanent Commission on the Status of Women, Labor Commissioner, Attorney General, legislative leaders from both chambers, and five appointed members including two domestic workers, two employers, and one advocacy organization representative.

Speaker of the House and president pro tempore of the Senate shall select task force chairpersons, who must schedule the first meeting within 60 days of the effective date.

Administrative support provided by the joint standing committee staff with cognizance over labor and public employees matters.

Task force must submit a report with findings and recommendations by October 1, 2015 to the Governor and relevant legislative committees, and terminates upon submission or October 1, 2015, whichever is later.
