Adopts the Uniform Foreign-Country Money Judgments Recognition Act effective October 1, 2014, providing a standardized framework for recognizing monetary judgments from foreign courts.

Applies to foreign money judgments that are final and enforceable in the foreign country, but excludes judgments for taxes, fines, penalties, and domestic relations matters.

Requires Connecticut courts to recognize foreign judgments unless the foreign judicial system lacks due process protections, the defendant lacked proper jurisdiction notice, or one of eight enumerated grounds for non-recognition applies.

Establishes specific bases for recognizing personal jurisdiction in foreign courts, including personal service, voluntary appearance, prior agreement to submit, defendant's domicile in the foreign country, business operations there, or operation of motor vehicles or aircraft.

Sets a 15-year statute of limitations for actions to recognize foreign judgments and repeals sections 50a-30 to 50a-38 of the general statutes.
