Designates convictions for specified domestic violence and sexual assault offenses against family or household members as "family violence" on criminal records, effective October 1, 2014.

Expands school safe school climate plans to address teen dating violence in addition to bullying, requiring prevention strategies, staff training, and intervention procedures for both issues.

Creates immunity from civil liability for school employees, students, parents, and boards of education who report or investigate bullying or teen dating violence in good faith.

Establishes that spousal sexual assault using force is a class B felony with a minimum two-year mandatory sentence that cannot be suspended or reduced by the court, effective October 1, 2014.

Makes it a class A misdemeanor to maliciously disclose the confidential location of a domestic violence emergency shelter without written authorization, effective October 1, 2014.
