Establishes a task force to study the creation of senior safety zones designed to protect senior citizens from registered sexual offenders in homes, senior centers, and long-term nursing facilities

Task force shall examine best practices nationwide, legal considerations for identifying and restricting sexual offenders' movements, data on elderly victims, and constitutional implications of limiting offender access to senior facilities

Task force composition includes 10 members appointed by legislative leaders and state officials, including senior center managers, facility representatives, senior residents, constitutional attorney, probation officer, and directors of aging and long-term care ombudsman offices

All task force appointments must be made within 30 days of the act's effective date, with the first meeting required within 60 days

Task force must submit its findings and recommendations to the joint standing committees on aging and judiciary by January 1, 2015, and shall terminate upon submission of the report or January 1, 2015, whichever is later
