Increases the annual limit for temporary beer and liquor permits issued to noncommercial organizations from 6 to 12 permits per calendar year, effective July 1, 2014

Modifies charitable organization permits to allow up to 12 days total per calendar year instead of the previous limit of 8 individual daily permits

Changes nonprofit corporation wine auction permits to allow up to 12 auctions per calendar year instead of limiting to one auction per permit

Requires that approved dates and times for temporary permits and charitable organization permits be displayed on the permit itself

Maintains existing fee structures: $30 per day for temporary beer permits, $50 per day for temporary liquor permits, $50 for charitable organization permits, and $25 for nonprofit corporation wine auction permits
