Exempts veterans, as defined in section 27-103, from paying registration fees for up to three passenger, camper, or passenger and commercial motor vehicles owned or leased by them in Connecticut.

Extends existing registration fee exemptions previously limited to disabled veterans to include all veterans residing in the state.

Requires exempted vehicles not be used for hire and applies to vehicles leased or owned by qualifying veterans.

Effective date of October 1, 2014, amending section 14-49(o) of the Connecticut General Statutes.
