Repeals subsection (b) of Connecticut General Statute 30-48, eliminating the 30-day maximum credit period that manufacturers and wholesalers could extend to retail alcoholic liquor permittees.

Removes the notice of obligation and notice of delinquency procedures that previously allowed wholesalers and manufacturers to report unpaid retail accounts to other suppliers after 30 days.

Renumbers remaining subsections of Section 30-48, with provisions on ownership changes and authorized agent designations becoming subsections (b) and (c) respectively.

Amends Section 30-38a to remove the prohibition preventing delinquent retailers from transferring alcoholic liquor between commonly-owned retail premises.

Effective from passage of the bill.
