Authorizes the Commissioner of Agriculture to implement a two-year pilot program allowing up to three individual nonprofit farmers engaged in cooperative retail marketing of Connecticut-grown products to participate as vendors in the Connecticut Farmers' Market/Women, Infants and Children Program and the Connecticut Farmers' Market/Senior Nutrition Program.

Commissioner may establish requirements for participation in the pilot program.

Following the two-year pilot period, the Commissioner must submit a report to the joint standing committee on agriculture detailing the pilot program's results and recommendations regarding creation of a permanent program for nonprofit farmers.
