Repeals and replaces Section 30-37o of the general statutes effective July 1, 2014, governing farmers' market wine sales permits for farm winery manufacturers.

Removes the limitation of three farmers' market locations per year, allowing permit holders to sell at an unlimited number of farmers' market appearances with an invitation.

Requires permit holders to sell wine by the bottle and offer tastings at farmers' markets, with the permit holder or authorized representative present at time of sale.

Establishes an annual permit fee of $250 and a nonrefundable filing fee of $100 for farmers' market wine sales permits, valid for one year from issuance.

Allows municipalities to prohibit wine sales by permit holders at farmers' markets within their jurisdiction through local ordinance or zoning regulation.
