Requires driver's license and identity card applicants to affirmatively select whether or not to make an anatomical gift through the state donor registry (changed from optional "opportunity" to mandatory selection)

Applicants who authorize inclusion in the donor registry will have a donor symbol imprinted on their license or identity card

License and identity card renewal applicants must also be required to select or decline anatomical gift inclusion, unless they have already made this selection during initial application
