Department of Education must transmit unaudited magnet school enrollment data and related costs to the Office of Fiscal Analysis within 30 days of receiving October enrollment data each year.

Department of Education must transmit fully audited magnet school enrollment data and related costs to the Office of Fiscal Analysis within 90 days of receiving October enrollment data each year.

All provisions take effect July 1, 2014.
