Requires treasurers to update the aggregate contribution amount from such individuals with subsequent contributions and include threshold-triggered information (occupation, employer, municipal contract status) as applicable.

Maintains existing requirements that contributions of $50 or less in aggregate need not be individually identified and can be reported as a lump sum under "total contributions from small contributors."

Clarifies that treasurers need only one certification per contributor unless the contributor's information changes, streamlining the administrative burden of managing multiple contributions from single donors.
