Amends Section 29-143aa to require employers and contractors of boxers and mixed martial arts competitors to provide continuous insurance coverage for participants in matches.

Insurance coverage must provide total reimbursement for medical, dental, surgical, and hospital care for all injuries sustained by boxers or competitors during sanctioned matches.

Removes prior language making employers liable for healthcare costs and replaces it with a mandatory insurance requirement framework.

Directs the Commissioner of Emergency Services and Public Protection to adopt regulations governing the insurance requirements under Chapter 54.

Effective date: October 1, 2014.
