Commissioners of Public Health, Social Services, Mental Health and Addiction Services, and Children and Families must jointly develop a plan to streamline the licensing process for community health care and human services providers, effective October 1, 2014.

Plan must include development of a single application form for community providers to use when applying for licensure from all four departments.

Plan must describe a process to simplify and coordinate licensing application review across the four departments.

Commissioners must jointly report their streamlining plan to the joint standing committees on public health, human services, and children by January 1, 2015.
