Prohibits treasurers of state party federal accounts from making expenditures that benefit a state central committee for staff, office space, or other permissible costs exceeding 50 percent of the total costs associated with such expenditure.

Requires treasurers making such expenditures to itemize them and disclose the percentage of total costs paid from the federal account in statements filed pursuant to section 9-608 of the general statutes.

Effective July 1, 2014.
