Establishes a new crime of "unlawful dissemination of an intimate image" effective October 1, 2014, making it illegal to electronically disseminate intimate images without consent with intent to harass, annoy, alarm, or terrorize another person.

Applies to photographs, films, videotapes, or recorded images depicting genitals, pubic area, buttocks, or female breasts with less than fully opaque coverage below the nipple, or depicting sexual intercourse.

Exempts images involving voluntary exposure in public or commercial settings and images where the person depicted is not clearly identifiable.

Classifies unlawful dissemination of an intimate image as a class A misdemeanor.
