Extends the foreclosure mediation program to June 30, 2018 (previously set to expire July 1, 2014).

Applies to residential real property foreclosures with return dates from July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2018, and religious organization property foreclosures from October 1, 2011 through June 30, 2018.

Requires mortgagees to provide notice of the mediation program to mortgagors and allows mortgagors to request mediation within 15 days of the foreclosure action's return date.

Establishes mediation procedures including pre-mediation financial documentation submission, mediator-mortgagor meetings, and mediation sessions lasting up to seven months or three sessions, whichever is earlier.

Prohibits entry of foreclosure judgments until the mediation period expires or terminates and requires court reporting on mediation program data through February 2015.
