Amends section 29-5 of the general statutes to require state reimbursement to towns for costs of resident state police officers.

State must reimburse towns for compensation, maintenance, and other expenses when resident state police officers provide services on state highways.

State must reimburse towns for compensation, maintenance, and other expenses when resident state police officers provide services outside town boundaries.
