Provides civil and criminal liability immunity for persons who enter another's vehicle by force to remove a child from imminent danger, effective upon passage.

Requires the person to maintain good faith belief that entry is necessary, contact emergency services before entering, and use only necessary force.

Mandates placing a written notice on the vehicle windshield with the person's contact information, reason for entry, child's location, and confirmation that emergency services were contacted.

Requires the person to remain with the child in a safe location until emergency services arrive.

Does not provide immunity for acts of gross, wilful, or wanton negligence, or if the person attempts to render aid to the child beyond vehicle entry.
