Creates a new employer tax credit for corporations or pass-through entities that employ at least 15 new employees on or after July 1, 2015.

Qualifies businesses that locate or relocate operations to Connecticut, incorporate or first organize in Connecticut, or expand existing Connecticut operations.

Referred to the Committee on Commerce during the January 2015 legislative session.

Intended to encourage job creation within the state.
