Adds tomosynthesis as a covered supplementary screening option alongside ultrasound and MRI for women with dense breast tissue or increased breast cancer risk factors.

Limits copayments for ultrasound screening to a maximum of $20 under both individual and group health insurance policies.

Requires mammography reports to include breast density information based on American College of Radiology standards and notify patients of available supplementary screening options including tomosynthesis.
