Commissioner of Motor Vehicles may issue "Men's Health" commemorative number plates beginning January 1, 2016, designed to raise awareness of prostate cancer treatment and research efforts.

Sixty-dollar fee charged per plate: fifteen dollars funds Department of Motor Vehicles production costs and forty-five dollars deposits into a dedicated Men's Health account.

No additional fees charged for plate renewal or transfer between registrations; higher fees may apply for vanity plates, letter-only plates, or low number plates.

Establishes a nonlapsing Men's Health account within the General Fund controlled by the Department of Public Health to fund prostate cancer awareness and research initiatives.

Commissioner of Motor Vehicles may authorize marketing of the plate design on clothing, equipment, and other products, with proceeds deposited into the Men's Health account.
