Amends chapter 400g of the general statutes to allow real estate appraisers to forgo taking photographs of comparable properties in real estate sales when requested or required by banks or appraisal management companies.

Permits appraisers to skip photograph requirements if circumstances create safety concerns for the appraiser or if the property has become significantly blighted since the sale.

Allows appraisers to use photographs from the multiple-listing service or the tax assessor of the municipality where the property is located as an alternative to taking their own photographs.
