Amends section 20-195dd of the general statutes to allow applicants for licensed professional counselor (LPC) licensure to use internship hours performed at state-operated facilities toward meeting licensure qualifications

Expands access to mental health services by making it easier for counseling professionals to obtain licensure through alternative internship pathways
