Adds a new exemption to Connecticut General Statutes Section 29-453(e) effective October 1, 2015

Exempts transfers of residential property made not later than six months after the property was previously conveyed to the transferor if the transferor is an employer that acquired the property from an employee under an employee relocation plan

Exempts transfers by entities in the business of purchasing and selling residential property of employees being relocated pursuant to an employee relocation plan, provided the transfer occurs within six months of the property's initial conveyance to the transferor

Removes the smoke and carbon monoxide detector affidavit requirement for these employee relocation company transfers
