Amends section 46b-121n of the general statutes to extend the Juvenile Justice Policy and Oversight Committee's mandate to continue assessing state agencies managing the juvenile justice system.

Requires the committee to conduct a comprehensive review during the period from January 1, 2016, through December 31, 2018.

Committee must review at minimum the Department of Education, Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, Judicial Department, and Department of Children and Families.

Includes review of related statutes, regulations, diversion procedures, recidivism tracking and policy, and alternative education programs.
