Allows farm wineries to sell brandy manufactured from grapes harvested on the farm winery premises but distilled off-premises.

Permits licensed farm wineries to sell wine from other farm wineries located in Connecticut and brandy distilled from grapes grown on the farm winery premises.

Maintains existing requirements that farm wineries grow at least 25 percent of the fruit used in wine manufacture on their premises or controlled/leased property.

Keeps the annual manufacturer permit fee for farm wineries at $300.
