Consolidates voter registrar sessions by requiring one mandatory session on the seventh day before each regular election from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., eliminating separate sessions for primary and general elections.

Eliminates the requirement for towns with populations under 25,000 to hold sessions 14 days before primary day.

Maintains a limited session on the last weekday before elections (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) for persons who became eligible after the main session.

Allows town clerks and registrars to examine and approve voter applications during office hours between the main session and limited session for persons who became eligible during that period.

Updates cross-references in statutes governing voter eligibility and reporting requirements to reflect the new consolidated session schedule, effective July 1, 2015.
