Establishes a two-year pilot program in Hartford and New Haven counties, effective July 1, 2015, to serve up to 100 employable young adults with autism spectrum disorder (defined as capable of working at least 20 hours per week).

Commissioner of Rehabilitation Services, in consultation with the Commissioner of Developmental Services, shall provide vocational training and services including informational campaigns about vocational services and public assistance benefit impacts.

Pilot program includes outreach to employers, identification and removal of barriers to vocational services, family counseling, and job coaches through the Department of Developmental Services.

Requires a report by July 1, 2016 comparing employment rates of pilot program participants to non-participating employable young adults with autism spectrum disorder in the same counties, including program costs and recommendations for expansion.
