Amends Section 31-312 of Connecticut General Statutes regarding workers' compensation medical treatment and reimbursement, effective October 1, 2015.

Requires employers to reimburse employees for wages lost during required medical appointments at the employee's average earnings rate, with minimum wage floor and weekly compensation cap.

Requires employers to furnish or pay for employee transportation to medical treatment, including ambulance/taxi when medically necessary, or reimbursement at federal mileage rates or public transportation costs.

Entitles claimants to wage reimbursement for appearances at depositions, conferences, or informal hearings before a commissioner, and one-fifth of weekly compensation per day for formal hearing attendance if they prevail.

Prohibits employers from requiring employees to receive medical attention outside regular work hours when those hours overlap with the treating physician's office hours.
