Restaurant permit holders may sell sealed containers of draught beer for off-premises consumption, limited to 4 liters per person per day during package store hours.

Cafe permit holders are authorized to sell sealed containers of draught beer for off-premises consumption under the same restrictions: 4 liters per person per day during package store hours.

Tavern permit holders may sell sealed containers of draught beer for off-premises consumption, with the same 4-liter daily limit per person during package store hours.

All three permit types (restaurant, cafe, and tavern) must supply the sealed containers themselves for draught beer sales.

The act takes effect upon passage and amends sections 30-22, 30-22a, and 30-26 of the general statutes.
