Department of Public Health, in collaboration with the Insurance Department, shall conduct a study on contraceptive coverage effectiveness beginning upon passage.

Study shall examine requiring insurance coverage of all FDA-approved contraceptive drugs, devices, and over-the-counter products.

Study shall examine prohibiting employers offering prescription drug coverage from excluding FDA-approved prescription contraceptive methods, with exception for religious employers.

Study shall examine requiring religious employers and closely held for-profit employers to disclose contraceptive coverage limitations to employees.

Commissioner of Public Health must report findings to the joint standing committees on public health and insurance by January 1, 2016.
