Provides legal immunity from civil damages and criminal prosecution for persons who forcibly enter a vehicle to remove a child from imminent danger, effective from passage.

Requires the person to maintain good faith belief that entry is necessary, contact local law enforcement or emergency services before entering, and use only necessary force.

Mandates a written notice be placed on the vehicle windshield containing the person's name, phone number, address, reason for entry, child's location if removed, and confirmation that emergency services were contacted.

Requires the person to remain with the removed child in a safe location near the vehicle until emergency services arrive.

Exempts the immunity provision from protecting acts constituting gross, willful, or wanton negligence, and does not shield liability if the person attempts to provide additional medical aid to the child.
