Increases the Codes and Standards Committee membership from 21 to 23 members, effective October 1, 2015.

Expands local fire marshal representation on the committee from 2 to 4 members.

Maintains the committee's role in working with the State Building Inspector and State Fire Marshal on enforcement of building codes and fire safety standards.

Preserves all other committee composition requirements, including architects, engineers, builders, public health officials, building officials, and representatives from various trades and public interest groups.
