Establishes a task force to study the management of life-threatening food allergies and glycogen storage disease in Connecticut schools

Task force shall examine implementation of Department of Education guidelines, student transportation safety, school management plans, emotional and psychosocial welfare of affected students, and how schools address isolation or targeting of allergic students

Task force composed of 11 members including representatives from boards of education, physicians, teachers, parents of allergic students, school administrators, nurses, food service directors, and state health and education commissioners

All task force appointments must be made within 30 days of the act's effective date, with the first meeting scheduled within 60 days

Task force shall submit findings and recommendations to the General Assembly by January 1, 2016, and shall terminate upon submission of the report or on January 1, 2016, whichever is later
